- All purchases are final. No refunds
- Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase with original receipts, tags and packing
- Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags
- A valid proof of purchase order confirmation email or order number is required to process exchanges
- Discounted and damage article are not eligible for exchange.
- You can only exchange the size only
- An exchange request can be entertained via (customernorms@normsretail.com) or by calling +92 305-2367788 within 15 days of order delivery.
- Proof of purchase the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
- Exchanges may take up to 7-10 working days to be processed.
- Returns are only accepted if the item delivered was incorrect (wrong size/wrong product)
